Terms and conditions

​Appointments: Treatments are available by appointment only. To book an appointment please email me nicola@thrivemassage.co.uk or call me on my mobile number, which is 07468 858 512.

Contact: During treatments my mobile is switched off, and I also don't answer calls from unknown numbers, so you will often hear my voicemail - please leave a message and I will call back as soon as possible. I aim to respond to all telephone enquiries within 48 hours. I aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours. 

Payment: Treatments must be paid for in full following completion of your treatment. I accept payments by way of Cash and BACS transfer. If paying by BACS transfer you must ensure that the payment in full for the treatment reaches my bank account within 48 hours of your treatment.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment for any reason, I require at least 24 hours notice. You may cancel by telephone only. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the treatment being charged in full. 

Timings: Please arrive on time for your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time which will be charged at full cost. Equally, please do not arrive too early as I do not have a waiting area.

Male Clients: Male clients will be seen initially in evening appointments. Due to lone working and personal security I do not see unknown male clients during daytie appointments. 

GDPR and your data protection: During the initial consultation you will be asked to provide some personal details including name, address, date of birth and some medical information to ensure that any treatments I provide are safe and appropriate for you. These details are only recorded in paper form and are retained in a lockable file cabinet to which only I have access. They are retained only for insurance purposes and will never be shared with any 3rd party. I will use your contact information to contact you directly regarding your treatment, for example if it is necessary to reschedule. I do not use your data for marketing purposes and will never pass your information to 3rd parties.

Mobile Phones and devices: Mobile phones and other devices must be switched off during the treatment. 

Inappropriate behaviour: I will not treat anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. I do not offer sexual services. Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to stop the treatment at any time with the full cost of the treatment being charged. ALL incidents will be reported to the Police.
