This treatment is a combination of the deeply relaxing holistic full body massage, and deeper tissue therapeutic massage. This treatment typically includes back, neck, shoulders, scalp, arms, hands, legs and feet with a main focus on the back, neck and shoulders – areas where most people tend to carry stress and tension. However more time can be focused on your specific areas of tension and areas omitted as required. Using organic sunflower oil, or an aromatherapy blend of lavender and rosemary, your skin will feel moisturised and supple. Allow a 90 minute appointment time.
